8/12/19 ? Discussion and review of required documentation for Program Director and other information inherent to the opening of the new center..
8/13/19 ? An initial inspection was conducted at the facility. Areas to be utilized by children in care were measured and inspected to include the cafeteria, restrooms and outdoor play areas. A conditional license will be recommended with the effective dates of 9/3/19 through 3/2/2020 for 75 children, ages 4 years 11 months to 12 years old. During the conditional period, inspections will be made to verify compliance with the standards.
