An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/18/2020 from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm. A renewal inspection was concurrently conducted as this vendor is a licensed family day home. There were two children in care with the provider whose ages counted for a total of six points. Children were observed napping. Records were reviewed for two children, the provider and two household members.
