Technical Assistance:
Discussed the need to update all background checks for household and provider in July 2024.
Based on review of the provider's emergency drill documentation, drills have not been documented. Evidence: Monthly emergency evacuation and shelter in place drills have not been documented in 2023.

Drills have been completed but a fire and a shelter drill will be done by 11/30 and documented.

Based on child record review, documentation of additional immunizations for one child under the age of 2 years was not obtained. Evidence: Child #1 is under the age of 2 years. The last documented immunizations were dated in January 2023.
