Licensing Inspector arrived at 10:30 AM and departed at 12:00 PM to conduct an initial inspection for licensure. Since the facility has been operating as a religiously exempt, there were 17 children (ages infant through preschool) in care with three staff. Children were observed participating in circle time and free play activities.
