This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/23/2021 and concluded on 8/26/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 24 children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed all required documents during the virtual inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children?s records and one staff record, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
