This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on May 20, 2020 and concluded on May 22, 2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The inspector conducted a virtual inspection via video conferencing with the director. There were 14 children present under the care and supervision of 3 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and three staff records, including one new staff, submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
