Thank you for your assistance during this initial inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 27, 2019 from 2:20 p.m. through 3:45 p.m. Four staff records were reviewed. Areas inspected, classrooms, emergency supplies, outside playground, required postings, supplies/materials, and water temperature.
Recommendation will be for an issuance of a Conditional Child Day Care Center license upon review of application and required documents by licensing supervisor.
