Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on January 13, 2020 from 10:50 a.m. through 1:20 p.m. There were thirty-four children in the care of eleven staff in five classrooms. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed and updated. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice.

Areas observed were: outside play, hand washing/diapering procedures, lunch, infant feeding, movement, and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as appropriate and the children seemed comfortable with their daily routine and schedule.

Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
