Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 8, 2023, from 10:40 a.m. through 12:40 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 73 children, ages 7 months through 4, in the care of 17 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on record review the center failed to have one staff member obtain a tuberculosis screening within the last calendar days of the date of employment.
Evidence:
1. Five staff records were reviewed. 2. Staff #3's tuberculosis screening was documented on 1/13/2023. 3. Staff #3's date of hire was documented 04/27/2023. 4. The director confirmed the Staff #3's tuberculosis screening was dated more than 30 days before 01/13/2023.
