An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 26, 2023, from 11:45 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 77children, ages 3 months through 4, in the care of 17 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration,staffing and supervision. A total of 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on staff record review the center failed to obtain a criminal history check prior to one staff member's date of hire.
Evidence:
1. Two staff records were reviewed. 2. Staff #2's criminal history check (fingerprinting) was dated 08/28/2023. Staff #2's date of hire of documented on 0822/2023. 3. Administration confirmed the criminal history check was obtained after Staff #2's date of hire.
