An unannounced initial inspection was conducted with center director and center staff on October 8, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. The facility plans to provide care to children ages six weeks to six years. The measurements of the facility were made to determine the capacity of 106 children. Classrooms are equipped with a variety of age appropriate equipment and supplies including materials for gross motor, art, literacy, and dramatic play. Two staff files and one administrator's files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. One staff has documentation of Medication Administration Training. Both staff have documentation of first aid and CPR. Policies and procedures were reviewed. A conditional (6 month) license will be recommended. An unannounced follow up inspection will be conducted within 60 days to determine compliance with standards not determined at the initial inspection.
