An announced initial inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:30am through 11:00am with the provider on site. There were 3 children (8 points) with the provider. A sample of 3 children's files and 2 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: coloring, toy play, washing hands for lunch, lunch time, diaper changes and hand washing. The site was clean and organized. The cots and cribs were in compliance. The provider is current in CPR and First Aid Training. Interactions between the children and provider were positive. The physical space, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, attendance records and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
