This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An complaint inspection was conducted on February 8, 2021 and concluded February 8, 2021, 2021, in regards to physical plant. Investigation was conducted remotely, staff was interviewed and observation during a virtual tour of the facility . Based on information gathered during the investigation the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.
