Discussed with center about parent communication and having documentation to confirm parents need for transportation from either the school or the public school buses. Documentation could be done at the begining of every school year and have parent signature to confirm the school and type of transportation that is needed . Discussed with center director about injury report procedures and classroom supervision in the morning.

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on September 5, 2023 and September 26, 2023 regarding concern of administration, staffing and supervision and special services . During the inspection the following were completed: interviews and a review of records/documentation. There was not a preponderance of the evidence during the investigation to support the allegation related to administration, staffing and supervision and special services; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.
