Today's inspection by appointment, conducted from 09:47 AM to 1:30 PM was to determine that initial requirements for licensing have been met. The indoor and outside activity areas were measured to determine square footage requirements and capacity for the number of children at any one time. Also, I viewed one staff record, staff qualifications, staff training, emergency plans, emergency supplies, posted information, meal planning, written policies and procedures and indoor and outdoor areas. The background checks for business entity representatives were previously viewed. A six month conditional license will be recommended. Let me know if you need any assistance. 540/430-9159
