Comments: The center self reported a situation brought to their attention involving care, protection and guidance of children. An announced focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/5/23, which consisted of Interviews, observation and a review of recordkeeping. Additional phone interviews were conducted with staff prior to the onsite inspection. There were no violations issued as a result of this inspection.
