Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 21 2023 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 7 children in the care of 2 staff members. Children were observed watching an educational program. A review of 4 child records, the emergency plan, the attendance record, and the fire inspection was conducted. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that when food is brought from home that it is dated.
Evidence: Food brought from home was observed to be without a label dating when then food was brought in.
