Unannounced complaint inspections were completed on 11/18/19 and 1/6/20 in response to information reported to the licensing office concerning care of the children. Based on observation, there is evidence to substantiate the allegation. A violation notice WILL be issued.
Based on observation the facility failed to ensure that ratios are maintained for each age group. Evidence: 1. There are three four-year-olds in the schoolers' classroom with 11 school-aged children for a total of 14 children. One staff member is present.
Plan of Correction:
The director will ensure that the ratio for pre-k students will be maintained if four-year-olds are present in the schoolers' class.
