This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection on 10/05/2020 and concluded on 10/08/2020. The assistant director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 12 children present and 4 staff. The inspector emailed the assistant director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements. No violations were issued.
