An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 4/21/23 and was concluded on 5/10/23 in response to two complaints received by the licensing office on 4/21/23 and 5/5/23 regarding programs. Observation, record reviews, and interviews were conducted relating to the allegations on 4/21/23 and 5/5/23. The information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
