An unannounced Subsidy and Health Inspection was conducted with in conjunction with a licensing inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no allergy plans to be reviewed. The vendor?s record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR.

Based on a review of documentation and vendor interview, the vendor did not ensure that lockdown procedures were be practiced annually. Evidence: There was no documentation of a lockdown drill being completed.
