Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today in order to modify the license to reflect the new address in addition to the routine inspection. There are currently no daycare children enrolled.
There are ample toys, games and equipment available for children. Discussed with provider the updated emergency preparedness plan (model form will be mailed to the provider).

Based on a review of first aid supplies, the first aid kit was incomplete. Evidence: There were no triangular bandages available.

Based on a review of documentation, the home did not have a written emergency preparedness plan available for this address. Evidence: The provider moved in March and did not update the emergency preparedness plan to reflect new information and locations.

Description:
Based on observation, the refrigerator temperature was not maintained at 40 degrees or lower. Evidence: The refrigerator temperature was recorded at 50 degrees on the available thermometer.
Plan of Correction:
The fridge temperature control dial was moved to "colder" during the inspection.
