Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 10:00 am - 12:45 pm. There were sixty four children in care ages 13 months to 12 years with ten staff. The director was also present. The children were observed playing with the available toys, writing on the chalk board, listening and moving to music and during lunch. Five children's records and six staff's records were reviewed. One violation from the previous inspection had been corrected. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. If you have any questions, please contact your licensing inspector at (276) 608-3758. Thank you for your cooperation.
