Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed on 11/8/23. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Violations are identified on the violation notice.
Based on record reviews the center failed to ensure that all staff have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Evidence: Staff # 7 has a CPR certification that expired 10/2023.

The staff and director are searching for a first aid & CPR class.
