The licensing inspector conducted an announced mandated initial inspection due to a new application submitted to this office to change the business entity status of the center. The program director's file was reviewed. Children were in care being supervised and ratios were being met. The inside of the center was inspected but the playground was only visually checked from inside due to weather conditions. The center is well equipped with supplies and children's materials to operate. The inspection began at 1:45 p.m. and ended at 2:45. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
