New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet [fully] complied with the following requirement:
Procedures to reunite children with a parent or authorized person designated by the parent to pick up the child;
Continuity of operations to ensure that essential functions are maintained during an emergency;
Lockdown procedures shall be practiced at least annually

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on10/28/2021 and concluded on 10/28/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 41 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
