A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. An area of non-compliance with the supplemental SHSI requirements was found. Evidence: Staff #4 completed the Virginia Preservice Course in September 2020 and there is no documentation that the annual health and safety course has been taken annually since then.
