The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on February 7, 2020 in response to a complaint received by our department on January 10, 2020. The inspector was on site from 3:25 PM to 6:00 PM. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made and documentation was reviewed. The allegations of the complaint were regarding infant feeding, parent communication, and staff qualifications. Evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
