Comments:
A monitoring inspection was completed from 2:20pm until 3:45pm. There were 13 children present with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the center did not have an annual fire inspection.
Evidence: 1. The last fire inspection was dated 9/1/2021.
Plan of Correction:
The director has called the fire inspector and he is scheduled to completed the inspection 12/15/22.

Based on observation, the center had a portable heater in use. Evidence: 1. There was a portable heater plugged in and on at the center.
