Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Violations are identified on the violation notice.
Based on record review and interview, all staff did not have CPR within 90 days of employment that included in-person competency. Evidence: 1. Staff #1 was hired 8/8/2023 and id not have first aid and cpr certification. Staff # 2, #4 and #5 had CPR certification but in-person competency demonstration was not included.

Staff will get the needed certification.
