An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 15 2023 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 6 children (16 points) in the care of the provider. Children were observed reading books and playing with toys. A review of child records, caregiver records, and household records was reviewed. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that the parental written agreements are received prior to the child's first day of attendance.
Evidence: Child 1, Child 2, and Child 3 did not have parental agreements in their records.
