An announced initial inspection was completed today. This was completed as a part of change in ownership of the Happy Faces Daycare at 13923 Braddock Road in Centreville, Virginia. The physical plant, 5 staff files, 6 children's files, annual fire and health inspection, staff training, medications, emergency procedures and supplies were inspected between 11:30am-1:00pm. Each day the children are in care, they bring their lunches from home as no meals are provided by the center. There are currently 2 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training).
