A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/21/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:05 a.m. and ended at 12:00 p.m. There were 3 classrooms observed with a total of 28 children with 5 staff within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing on the playground, participating in circle time, and other organized activities. Staff and children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on record review and staff statement, the center did not practice an annual lockdown drill.
