Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed fingerprinting, emergency drills and annual update of emergency plan with the provider.
Comments:
An announced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 8am-9:50am. There was 1 child (3 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 1 child?s record, 1 caregiver's record and 3 household member's records were reviewed. The child was observed playing with toys, eating snack, washing hands and engaged with the provider.The facility was planning a birthday party for a child in care.
