Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:30am-11:40am. There were 3 children (10 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record and 2 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed singing and engaged in play. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
