Thank you for your assistance during this announced initial monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on March 12, 2020 from 1:30 p.m. through 3:30 p.m. One staff record was reviewed. The facility was toured and the outdoor play area was measured. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, first -aid kit, emergency supplies and storing of potential medication. No violations were found during this initial inspection.
A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 200 children and an age range of six weeks through twelve years.
