Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 12, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 16 children, ages 7 months through 4 in the care of 4 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on record review, the center failed to have two staff members with current certification in CPR.
Evidence:
1. Four staff records were reviewed. 2. Staff #1 and Staff #4 did not have documentation of current CPR certification. 3. Staff #1's CPR certificate was not from an organization accepted by licensing standards. 4. Staff #4's CPR certificate had expired 11/13/2023. 5. Administration confirmed Staff #1 and Staff #4 did not have current CPR.
