This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the home (if applicable).
A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/19/22 and concluded on 1/24/22. The provider was contacted by telephone/video call and a virtual inspection was conducted. There was one child present with the provider.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
