This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced remote inspection which was conducted on 8/20/2020 in response to a complaint received by the department on 8/20/2020 for allegations regarding physical plant maintenance. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
