Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted with the provider on July 26, 2022 beginning at 10:17 AM and ending at 11:15 AM. There were no children in care of the provider during the inspection. Two household records were reviewed. The Health and Safety Checklist criteria was reviewed with the provider. An inspection of the physical plant of the daycare area was conducted. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable requirements.

Based on a review of two household records, the provider did not maintain documentation of a Central Registry background check being obtained for all household members. Evidence: Household members A and B did not have documentation of a Central Registry finding in their records.
Plan of Correction:
The provider stated that she the Central Registry background checks were obtained but documentation could not be located during the inspection. The provider stated that she would contact Office of Background investigation to obtain documentation or have a new Central Registry background check completed.
