Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 06/19/2020. There were no children in care during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 provider record, 1 household member record and 2 pet records during the inspection. The inspector reviewed the home for compliance with licensing standards. The inspector also reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and emergency supplies during the inspection. Based on observations and discussion, the provider failed to ensure that the first-aid kit contained the required components as required by the standards.
Evidence: The first aid kit only contained one triangular bandage.
Plan of Correction:
The provider purchased a triangular bandage immediately following the inspection.
