A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/30/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced renewal inspection was also conducted today from 12:00pm-1:00pm. There were 5 children (13 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 4 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and finishing lunch. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
