Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced initial inspection was conducted today between the hours of 7:30am through 8:37am with the provider by video call. There was one resident child (4 points) with the provider. Staff/household member's files were reviewed. The physical space, emergency supplies and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. Three cribs located in the infant room had a manufacture date of 10/2019 and were in compliance. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility. Please contact me if you have any questions at Stacy.Doyle@dss.virginia.gov or 571-835-0386.
