Discussion of a wall within the Pre-K 2 room where a poster (removed) has taken paint off the wall. Center may want to monitor this area for possible future chipping.
Discussion of new intercom system installed both inside and outside (on playground) the center.
A review of the submitted CDC renewal application was conducted with administrative center staff.

This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/09/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. There were 130 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 20 staff supervising, across 11 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 11 children records, and 10 new staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
