An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on January 23, 2023, from 11:15am to 12:28pm with the provider and two assistants. There were nine children, ages 7 months, 12 months, 15 months, 17 months, 19 months, 2, 3, 4, and 4 years old, were in the care of three caregivers for a total of 26 points. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys and older children were observed learning their numbers by playing a game. The provider record and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication at this time and is aware that Medication Administration Training (MAT) is required to do so. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 1/10/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 1/10/2023.
