This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An initial inspection was initiated on 05/18/2020 and completed on 05/21/2020. This center has a new owner, Kindercare Education LLC and that is the reason for the new application and therefore this initial inspection. There were 55 children in care with 13 staff present. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. No violations were issued.
