Discussed and clarified the requirement establishing and implementing a procedure for a daily simple health screening and exclusion of sick children by a person who is trained to perform such screenings.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on and concluded on July 25, 2023. There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from 2 1/2 to 9, with 5 staff supervising. Additional administrative staff were present. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 3:25 PM and concluded at 4:30PM. The schoolage children were observed during their afternoon routine to include drawing, movies, reading and board games and preschool children were observed playing designated centers.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance(s) with applicable code sections. NO violations were documented.
