A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/18/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:15am. There were 2 caregivers with 10 children (27 points) in living room at the time of the visit. The Provider was over capacity as the family day home is licensed for 5 children. At the start of the inspection, children were observed eating snack, being held, and 4 children were picked up prior to the end of the inspection. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill log were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
