This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial inspection to open a Voluntary Registered Family Day Home was conducted on 6/24/20. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present, as the provider has not yet started caring for children. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 1 provider record submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
