Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted April 28 2023 between 10:45am and 11:45am. There were 3 children in the care of the provider. Children were observed playing with toys and reading books. A review of the physical plant, child records, training hours, medication training, emergency drills and emergency supplies was conducted. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that parents receive all of the written agreements prior to the child's first day.
Evidence: Child 3 did not have a signed policy for the administration of medications.
